Madalyn & Tyler || Ohio Engagement Photography || Peninsula, OH

Well, once again we have found some new competition for the most adorable couple of the year award. This week it's Madalyn & Tyler and their can't-believe-how-incredible-this-day-was engagement session. Seriously. Can't believe it. For starters, they wouldn't stop smiling, laughing, being cute. Plus, Madalyn is gorgeous and Tyler is a stud. And then the sunlight. It was perfect! Golden. Warm. Bright. Suffice it to say, we couldn't stop ourselves from loving every minute of their session and we created what we are sure will become some of our favorite images of the year.

Those eyes! So this is going to be an Anthropology ad, right?

These are completely stunning, Madalyn!

A few ring photos during an outfit change and then we headed deeper into the woods. The lake had this amazing golden glow from the setting sun that lit up the trees from below their dark canopy. It was incredible light to work with… 

We then discovered what appeared to be a 'small' hill that would place us in the perfect position for some sunset portraits. Our 'walk' back to the cars ended up being an additional 30 minute expedition through the woods. But as with most treasures, it was well worth the journey… 

  

We could have posted enough photos from this 10 minutes of perfect light to crash the internet, but we restrained ourselves… 

Stop. My. Heart. Gorgeous.

It's always worth lying in goose poo to get the shot you want. And FYI, this is not an approved camera holding position.

Don't mind me… 

We could have stayed on that hilltop forever. Or at least until it was too dark to photograph anymore.

Madalyn & Tyler, Thank you for exploring and discovering new possibilities with us. We can't begin to tell you how happy we are with these photos. We LOVE them all! We can't wait for you to see the rest of them soon. You two made our job so easy and we're so excited to see you again for the wedding next summer. Enjoy the photos!
