Allison & Jon's day was beautiful, romantic, and incredibly sweet and emotional during all those 'in-between' moments that we love to find throughout a wedding day. We've learned that most of the memories on a wedding day don't come during the big events or the obvious moments, but during those quiet times when no one's really looking… except us. Laughter during the ceremony, an embrace during the morning prep, a loving look during the first dance. Those are the moments that make a day special beyond words. And that's why we are wedding photographers. When you can't find the right words to describe a feeling, just show the photos…

The ceremony was at the Western Reserve Historical Society so of course we had to get some on the Euclid Beach Park Grand Carousel…

We love the lines and layers of this hillside… 

Shop Talk: Most of our portrait time was overcast and cloudy, but the sun came out right at the end. It was direct front sunlight on Ally & Jon because of the direction we needed for the background, so we embraced it for a few stunning portraits. We typically try to shoot backlit subjects, but like we say, all types of light are good and we love using what we have. And we love the result… 

And then it was party time…
