Gina & Joe || Ohio Engagement Photography || Kent, OH

We met up with Gina & Joe in downtown Kent for a late fall engagement session. We weren't sure how much color to expect on the trees, but as you'll see, there was more than we anticipated which was wonderful. We love this couple and we couldn't have been happier with how cute and close they were with each other. Gina is the sister of one of our past brides and Joe was a groomsman in that same wedding, so it was fun to see them together as a couple now. :o) So here's to another amazing team that we will get to work with in 2015. Enjoy!

LOVE the colors, lines, soft light, faces, emotion (basically every single thing) in this photo…

Like we said, there was so much color down by the river. We were thrilled.

Gina was so easy to photograph. Here's a few favorites.

It was fairly cold that day so Gina & Joe did a lot of snugglin' which always looks great.

Such gorgeous eyes, Gina. Great smolder vibe going on too. ;o)

During the last two minutes of shooting a train decided to go by, so of course we had to snag that… Love this one.

We were looking at spots to photograph the ring and found both of these, which just happen to be colors that Gina is thinking of for the wedding. So Boom and Boom!

And a few of us doing our thing…

Told you it was a little chilly.

Making the ring magic happen with our Nikon 105 | 2.8 | micro.

Gina & Joe, we had such a great time exploring Kent with you two. You were so easy to work with and you're absolutely adorable together and so classically romantic in these as well, which is a great combo. We're so excited to see you again for your wedding this summer and capture more of your laughter together. Enjoy the photos!

  1. I can see the love for each other in the eyes. Simply beautiful. And I see that deep dimpled chin, your Great Grandfather, (Harry Baker Sr.) had that dimpled chin also. I always envied those dimples. So glad I could see pictures, miss not being up there for all the weddings & babies... Thanks for SAVE DATE. Aunt Judy ~~

  2. What an amazing photographer you are. Do you offer services in LA too? One of our cousins is getting married later this year and we are searching for good location for vows right now. After our selection of venue, I am thinking to recommend you.
