Now THIS was a fun wedding party. This was the most G-rated of the crazy group shots.

Now that's a gorgeous group of ladies. We loved the mixed black dresses.
Jenny & Roman's day started with rain but thankfully cleared up right before we walked outside for their exit. The skies stayed overcast for the afternoon and that always means deeper, darker, moodier images. We always say when speaking to couples, your photos will look exactly how the day looked. We don't try to make something happen if it's not there. We adapt and use the natural light we're given to make the best images possible. We love strong sunlight but we also love the challenge of creating images on darker, overcast days because, well, this is what happens…
LOVE this one. The colors are so rich and deep and Jenny just looks incredible. Great attitude face, Jenny! ;o)
Then Roman stepped in and, well, it just kept getting better and better…

Couldn't decide between a B&W or color photo, so you get to see both. Aren't you lucky.
And then it was off to the reception…
Christy pushed her camera to it's limits once again without a flash and rocked it out with the dance photos, like always, so all three of these (and other ones) are hers.
And then it was time to dance. This crazy fun bridal party even brought props for the reception to add some extra shenanigans to the dance floor. So if you see moose antlers, a viking helmet, sombreros, super hero capes or any other items, don't be surprised. (FYI for future groomsmen/bridesmaids, it was hilarious. Just sayin' in case you need some ideas.)

Oh yeah, forgot to mention, like all normal wedding receptions, there was a push-up contest. This is me in a new yoga pose that I'm calling crouching panther. In case you wondered, Roman won.
Jenny & Roman, you were incredible to work with and we're so excited for you to finally relive your day over again through the photos we created together. We had such an entertaining day with your group and we know you're going to laugh so hard when you see all the reception photos. :o) You two are a beautiful couple and we wish you all the best in the future.
