Megan & Ryan || Firehouse Engagement Photography || Bolivar, OH

We're always thrilled to have an opportunity to photograph at new locations, so when Megan & Ryan told us they wanted to start their session at the firehouse we couldn't wait to get there. It was so much fun to have a new challenge and be able to experiment with firetrucks, because really, who doesn't love a shiny red firetruck??? Megan & Ryan added the perfect elements of laughter and romance into the location so we couldn't be happier with the results.

Such a great backdrop. We couldn't do it without our trusty Nikkor 2.8 / 70-200mm at our side. That's the only piece of gear you'll ever hear us talk about. We love it!

Love the mix of lines and reflections in this one.

It took Christy 5 minutes to find a place to balance the ring but it was worth it for this one. Firetruck ring shot. Boom!

A quick outfit change and then we headed down to Historic Zoar Village for the rest of our session…

Gotta love that sunshine. Such a beautiful portrait, Megan!

Old abandoned bridge? Yes, please!

And a few of us enjoying the day…

When we say to our couples, "Say something goofy that will make her laugh. We can't hear it anyway." we really mean that we can't hear it.

Megan & Ryan, Thanks for exploring Ohio with us and giving us the chance to experiment in some new locations and create something one-of-a-kind for you. We had such a good time working with you and we can't wait for the wedding next summer. We hope you love the photos! Many more coming your way soon. Enjoy!
